I exchanged my old phone for a new one. I have been with them since they were Altell. Verizon's service is terrible in comparison, but this particular visit was pleasant and this particular location is very helpful. They will offer options to you and tell you how you can make your bill cheaper, etc, but they won't push extra purchases on you like some other places. I left happy with a new phone and knowledge about it and all of the other things I had questions about.
Very poor service. The employees try to speak to you as you are below them. I spoke with Verizon Corp and ask that their DM or market manager give them a training on customer interaction. Just a pathetic representation of a business.
Crowded. Had to wait short time. Jody was our clerk. Very professional. Great service

The girl that 'helped' me www not very helpful at all and more less rude. She didn't have a lot or answers and wasn't concerned at all in getting them. Rarely a good experience when I go in this store. I have better luck when I call the 800 # on the phone.
