Big selection and great prices.
I'm from Fort Worth and I always look forward to visiting my family in Athens. I always make it a point to stop at Game X Change, it's a family tradition. On Saturday evening my family and I went to Game X Change and spent a little over $200.00. My complaint is about Katelyn and her lack of customer service and making my family feel unwelcome. We walked in 30 mins before closing and Katelyn was ready to go home. It's Saturday I GET IT but when you are on company time. At least pretend to love your job. My brother walked to the back wall to see the prices of the game consoles and Katelyn yelled at my brother and was very aggressive with her body language and tone of voice. This was very embarrassing.... Katelyn informed us customers are not allowed back there and prices are listed on the counter. We get it and respect it... However, we did not know that. Please have the back wall blocked off so other customers don't get yelled at for walking up to look at the consoles. It's not noted anywhere that customers are not allowed to walk back there and I'm so disappointed on the way it was handled.
Those sales associates know their stuff. This gamer gives the place and it's staff almost all my business
Has a good selection of games, consoles, movies, and more. Great and friendly service. I will definitely be going there often.
Great staff, great selection of movies, games, consoles, etc, low prices. Great store over all. I have and will continue to do my game/movie shopping there. And I recommend the store to all people who need electronics
