Extremely over priced, will try to sell you 4x the actual price of an item. Disappointed, will not shop there again.
Went to go order a pool, they had moved and this address wasn't updated. No big deal... Went in and asked to talk about pools. They came over to me and I told them how i had a Wal-Mart pool before but now wanted a better one... She was like oh well and turns to the guy and shows him how to get on a website. She then tells me to scroll thru the website. I don't know what I'm looking for or what anything is (brand new at better quality pools) the owner came in and she goes this lady had a Wal-Mart pool and now wants a better one.... like I couldn't afford their pools. He goes and writes down the website I'm already looking at with a person who installs them on a pink post note and sends me out the door. Well sorry for yall I took my money elsewhere and purchased a 3500 elsewhere. Don't let people who buy Wal-Mart pools fool ya!!!!
Can't believe I've been driving all the way to TYLER for spa chemicals all this time!! Great location, very knowledgeable staff, awesome prices & was even able to switch from the company in Tyler for spa service as well. No more "Trip charge" since Athens pool and spa is LOCAL!! Very happy customer. Thank you!!
