Agent called, after I left a voice mail.Gave him what I needed.Said he would be out to give an estimate next day. No show or a call. It's been two weeks and still no call.
They came out and went over all of my concerns thoroughly with a fair price and did everything we agreed on. Great contractor
We used Athens roofing company to replace our old shingles roof with metal roof, and adding new gutters. We are very impressed with Ron and his customer service. They worked fast and on a timely manner. We had a couple of problems with the new roof, BUT ron was very responsible. He himself came out and made sure problem was solved. Checked on us several times! We would hire them again and would recommend them to friends and family with any roofing needs. Our new metal roof looks great! Has cooled the house and attic area by ten degrees this summer and withstanding the rains and storms!
All I wanted was a quote. Was told they would come out at an agreed time. They made us wait 40 minutes and finally called and let us know the guy that was coming out was 40 miles away. Immediately dropped.
If you can't come out when you have a new job I can't imagine when I have a problem with my roof.
