You can count on Josh. Being a long distance land lord can be difficult and trying, but Circle C makes it a lot easier for us. Last year when a tenant called to say water was coming out from the floor, Josh was there in a jiffy. He hammered out bricks, repaired pipes and charged us a very fair price. This week we noticed another tenants gas bill had tripled, again he was there in a jiffy and found and repaired the problem.
So, yes 5 stars for service, competency, timeliness, price and most importantly Josh has a great attitude towards his customers, he understands the service business.
Promised to do a job and didn't keep his word.
