I normally always get good service here. There has only been one time that the lady at the counter completely ignored me to talk to her friend that was there and I had to ask to be rung up so I could go. Everyone else has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable. However, I have not seen the same 2 people working there yet and that bothers me. In my small town, it's common to get to know people and be comfortable with them when you come in. That's not going to happen here.
