This place has the rudest, non caring, unfriendly employees ever. I will never enter a Groom and Son Hardware Store again.
I love the staff there. They are always willing to answer any questions I have. If they don't know, they are quick to find out instead of guessing. Clean store and well stocked.
Not always the cheapest... But usually have it.
Have a large selection of products and a good variety of hardware to cover most needs. Absolutely have the best and biggest fastner department around. Any type of obscure fastner, special application or certain finish, stainless, brass, grade-8, etc...love they're fastner department.
