I was able to do Crossfit through my pregnancy (consult your doctor first) and it kept me healthy and made for a speedy delivery/recovery! Crossfit 751 has wonderful coaches that are very knowledgeable and helped me modify workouts to keep me safe.
Crossfit is for ANYONE... It doesnt matter what kind of shape you are in because we all have to start somewhere! The important thing here is we all have one goal in common and it's to be the "best version of yourself".
I live in Kemp but have friends in Athens so I drop into this gym frequently. They have great coaching, great workouts, and an amazingly supportive community. This place is also one of the nicest crossfit facilities I have every seen with a very high quality sound system. I definitely recommend you drop in and try the place out if you are in the area.
I have made some great friends that push me every time we are together... These people have gotten to see me at my best and at my worst ....and they still love me! Everyone is super encouraging and motivating! The coaches are AWESOME know how push you and keep you motivated.
This is an awesome box with lots of space, amenities, 24 hour access, and so much more! I drop in here often and have attended many of their events. If I lived in the area, this would be my home gym. Awesome coaching staff and extremely welcoming members!
I absolutely love it here! The coaches are amazing and so are the members. Everyone is so uplifting and positive and you feel like you can accomplish anything! When people say they can't do it because they haven't done anything in years I let them know this is the perfect place to start at because it is a safe, fun environment with no judgement. We are a family and want everyone to succeed.
