After a discussion with the manager, our defective mattress was picked up. Also they delivered the wrong frame and picked it up when they brought the new one. Ivan Smith's online pictures do not give enough detail of what you are really purchasing. I am thankful they corrected everything but not sure I will buy there again. I'm too hard to please. In the end it cost us about $ 600 more than the original cost.
