3. Lie someone was home all day, and NO INDICATOR was left on any door saying they were attempting to make delivery.
1. They answered with a very short HELLO, no company greeting no name of who I am speaking with. I answered say yes I had a missed call the female say's she has to put me on hold she doesn't I can hear someone directing someone else it's line one. Second female get's on phone say's she is wanting to verify if I was going to be at the address provided today the 15th. And that was ALL SHE SAID ON THE MATTER!!!!

Ordered flowers from Expressions for my 99-yr-old great-aunt in Athens nursing home. She'd just lost her son and was unable to travel to funeral in AL. The staff was courteous, professional and efficient. They offered to deliver flowers immediately after I explained the circumstances. This "second-mile" service was very much appreciated!
Clearly they know how to take, charge but NOT fill orders. My boyfriend placed an order from California for Valentine's well the order NEVER Came, so the 15th I missed 3 calls so I returned the call

So bright and early California time my boyfriend calls the business where the OWNER 5.tattled on me that I GOT CRAZY WITH HIS STAFF and it was uncalled for, also told my boyfriend 6. if she works in town why did you put to have it dilvered to her home??? (Why that's ANY OF HIS CONCERN) 7.Lied and said I live 50 miles roundtrip to shop. I live 11 miles of the loop one way. Even better my boyfriend has been here he is VERY FAMILIAR WITH THE AREA. Well all I can say is the owner AT LEAST credited him BACK FOR THE merchandise NEVER RECEIVED. I have every intention of posting this on every social media outlet that I have I am a Google Local Guide with over a half a million views on my account!
My wife ordered flowers for my grandmother's funeral. Incredibly overpriced, not a large quantity of flowers for your money and design was uneven and looked unprofessional. Not to mention some of the flowers fell out of the stand at the funeral service. Would not recommend.
