He's an awesome Dr with an odd sense of humor. He is experienced and I had top notch care by him and his staff.
My husband & I have been ttc for 1 year, my previous doctor didn't care to run any blood work, do any test etc. Dr.Mondini is very professional and courtious . He has already helped so much in my ttc journey & I've only seen him a few times. #ReadyForNextAppt
extremely rude front office and over the telephone. seems to be an overloaded office not enough employees to handle the load. the 1st nurse I saw was lovely and polite she was efficient and professional. The doctor seems to know his stuff so well he comes off complacent and leaves you feeling like a number on a chart and not a person. I didn't feel like he listened to what i needed to say concerning my symptoms or had the time to devote to any further questions I had after treatment.
Rude front office. Medical Assistant was nice. Very poor customer service - I never heard back on my labs/ studies. Doctor came in and was rude as well, hurried and unprofessional. Not caring at all!! Never went back and will never go back!!!
