Absolutely the best! I would highly recommend.

Staff was to busy giggling and playing to do their job correctly. Also when the dentist tells you that anyone will see a 14 year old but not everyone will see a 3 year old, it makes her look greedy and very unprofessional. My child expressed her fear of needles and was told if she used that word she needed to be seen by someone else. I will walk to Tyler before I would ever go back there.

We used to love it here. The video games, prize tokens, and movies on the ceiling made it really fun. But 'J' has sensory processing issues and they were rather impatient with him. I guess because it wasn't his first visit, they expected him to know what they were doing. The answers to his questions were curt and not reassuring to an apprehensive seven yr old. We were early for the appointment but they acted like they were behind schedule and rushed. It was right before lunch and half day for the dentist so she actually had her bag in the room to leave. Also, he has cavities in baby teeth. With my other kids, their dentist just kept an eye on those to make sure they didn't cause pain or create hazards for adult teeth. Could be a private pay then vs insurance now thing but they weren't very interested in talking to me either so I couldn't discuss options with them. I'm very disappointed.

The logan family

Loving caring workers and dentist who truly love their job and all their patients! I recommend athens dental works to all I know :) I also have a very special needs son and they are all so patient with him, even when my son bites them lol he doesn't know better. I wish I could give then a 10 star rating, because that's what they really deserve.

Would have gotten the full 5 stars if they told the patients parents of the rules for scheduling a little better. I have 2 young boys & i try to keep most their appointments for the same day if they're at the same place. I had to reschedule their dentist appointment which was scheduled for the day after Memorial day. I was told when I called to reschedule that they have a rule that if you don't call 24 hours before that the children have to have the appointments scheduled for 2 different days. I didn't know that I wouldn't be able to make it to their appointment until the Sunday before & they were closed that Monday for Memorial Day so how was I even suppose to call 24 hours before?
