It seems if they know you, you get a better wash. It has happened twice, the truck ahead of me, they took a lot more time to do the job. Both times the truck ahead of me was no dirtier than mine. Mine still has bugs, dirt on the wheels, ECT. They did do a great job vacuuming the inside. I brought it back a mentioned some areas needing their attention, got the stink eye, they kinda worked at the issue. That time and this one, I am at home doing what I paid some else to do. This place used to be real good, not so much now.

Not very impressed. Things that should have been cleaned were not cleaned very well. Including dash, storage areas (console and doors), tops of driver and passenger windows, chrome nerf bars, and vinyl floors under rear seats. On the plus side they did a great job shampooing the seats and headliner to get the smoke smell out. Which is the main reason it was there. That's why I am not giving a lower rating. I would give them another shot to redeem themselves.
Very friendly and do great work.
$5 is less than what I would have spent at the Car wash love the entire experience
